About the Conference
This is the 4th consecutive year of a collaborative
conference partnership of 1890 land-grant universities, 1862 land-grant
universities, and public and private universities who are focused on
developing people in and through agriculture, food, natural resources,
and human sciences.
This collaborative partnership combines three groups into one integrated conference: (1) 2022 North Central AAAE Conference; (2) National Conference on Learner-Centered Teaching (NCLCT); and, (3) the M.E.N.T.O.R. Convening. The NCLCT and M.E.N.T.O.R. projects focus on building capacities among Historically Black Colleges & Universities and Predominately White Institutions.

The Multi-Institutional Empowering Network for Transforming Organizational Culture works to build a sense of community and develop synergistic ideas to implement innovative campus-based inclusive and intentional mentoring programs to create a supportive culture that will increase the recruitment and retention of underrepresented minorities in food, agricultural, natural resources, and human (FANH) sciences disciplines.
