    $199/nightly rate for 2 Queen Beds, 1 King, or 1 Bedroom Suite Rooms- Rates available from September 25- 30, 2021. Total cost with taxes and fees per room, per night is $216.92.

    *Note: As of 8/17, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night are almost full. A few additional rooms have been added today. If you try make your reservation and at least one day is full, it will not allow you to book any nights.

    Other close hotels: The Lark, Lewis and Clark Hotel, and The Element, and RSVP. Prices will be higher as rooms are booking up.  There are several other hotels in Bozeman, but would require a vehicle to travel back and forth to the conference hotel.

    Ground Transportation

    The hotel does not have an airport shuttle. You will need to have a rental car or use Uber or Lyft.

    Please note: Rental car reservations are already filling for these dates. If you plan to reserve a rental car, we suggest you do this NOW so you can have one guaranteed.  Higher prices for rental cars are also reflected in this demand.     Optional Tours on Monday, Sept. 27

    All tours will run from 12:30-4:30 p.m. and includes transportation. You will return to the hotel at the end of your tour prior to leaving at 6:00PM for a Welcome event at Deer Park Chalet: https://bridgerbowl.com/mountain/summer-activities/.  A complimentary beer and wine welcome reception will be held at the hotel from 5:00-6:00PM.

    Fins and Feathers- Fly Fishing Foundations

    Attendees will learn how to cast, all about gear, the basics of entomology, and entry level knots and flies. Cost: $45/person. Limited to 20 people. Learn more here: https://finsandfeathersonline.com/


    Museum of the Rockies and MSU Sheep Station at Historic Fort Ellis: Museum of the Rockies is an affiliate of Montana State University with numerous exhibits focused on Montana, including the Siebel Dinosaur Complex, the Enduring Peoples Complex and the Living History Farm. The Sheep Station is located on the site of Historic Fort Ellis, which served as a Calvary post and the base for exploration into Yellowstone National Park. In 1930, the land was dedicated to range sheep investigations through MSU.  Cost: Free.

    Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
    If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Sept. 8, 2021. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Jon Ramsey, AAAE Treasurer.
