       Helpful advice for booking online:

        • When you click the link, it will take you to the group reservations page.

To make their own reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless they no show and forget to cancel their reservation by 4pm one day prior to their stay, as per our 24hr cancellation policy. (The no show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes.)

Please Note: Guests will be asked at check-in to provide their ID (name on ID must match reservation) and a credit card to cover their room, tax and incidental charges. The Overton charges a $50.00 incidental hold per night of each guests stay, per room. The hold is released at checkout (within 3-5 business days) with final billing as long as no incidental charges were made to the room number. Examples of incidental charges that can be made to the guests room number would be: valet parking fees, room service, bar tabs, gift shop purchases, restaurant meal charges for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in room internet upgrades, movie purchases, amenity deliveries, etc.
