This registration level is for Active, Associate and Life AAAE members. You must be current in your dues.
Early Registration: Faculty (non-member) – $350.00
This registration is available to those who are faculty members but who are not current, dues paying members of AAAE.
Early Registration: Student (member) – $175.00
This registration level is for all students - undergraduate and graduate. You must be current in your dues.
Early Registration: Student (non-member) – $200.00
This registration is available to students at the undergraduate or graduate level who are not current dues-paying members of AAAE.

PARKING:
All parking at Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is valet. Overnight valet parking is $34/day plus tax; hourly valet parking starts at $15 plus tax from arrival up to four (4) hours and $25 plus tax from four (4) hours up to eight (8) hours.

Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Jan. 23, 2022. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Jon Ramsey, AAAE Treasurer.
