AIRPORT: Hotel is approx.10 miles (approx.13 minutes) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

PARKING: No self-parking available at hotel.
Valet parking: $49/overnight with in and out privileges. For SAAS participants, an automatic 25% reduction will appear on your hotel bill if you valet park.
Several self-parking garages and lots are located near the hotel. Many options are available if you search “parking options near The Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel.”

HOTEL AMENITIES:
Group Rate will be honored for 3 days before and 3 days after conference dates of Feb. 2-7 for visiting/sightseeing, if available.
Internet: Complimentary internet in guestrooms for Marriott Bonvoy Members.
Fitness Center: Complimentary access to WORKOUT Studio including indoor/outdoor pool.

Shuttle: The Westin does not provide shuttle service to/from airport.
The MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transport Authority) tram can be taken from airport (18 minute ride) to Peachtree Center Station (a 4-minute walk to hotel). Cost is $2.50 one way.
See directions below to get to Airport MARTA station and other transportation options. As in all large cities, safety should take high priority while sightseeing and taking public transportation. Here are a few safety tips for riding MARTA.

Directions to Airport MARTA station:
If you are flying into the Hartsfield-Jackson airport, follow the signs to baggage claim to reach the Airport MARTA station. Get on the automated airport train and take it to the baggage claim stop. A tall escalator will take you to baggage claim. The MARTA station is directly behind the restrooms at the top of the escalator. You can turn left or right to reach the MARTA station as there are entrances from both the north and south baggage claim areas. Once inside the MARTA station, purchase fare at a Breeze Card vending machine or the RideStore.

If you aren’t riding MARTA, you can walk outside the doors next to the station for ground transportation options including:
    Taxis
    Hotel and area shuttles
    SkyTrain service to rental car pick up.

Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
