IMPORTANT LODGING NOTES:

The default setting on this registration link includes the “shoulder dates” for our conference – 2 nights prior and 1 night after the conference. When making your reservations, it essential that you click on “Edit Stay” at the top right of the registration page and indicate the first and last night you plan to stay.
To expedite your reservation, be sure to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The special room rate will be available until Saturday, April 27, 2024 or until room block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Nightly rate is $139 plus taxes.

Transportation:

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Schedule the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance for pickup between 8 AM and 10 PM

Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
