We recommend flying into Sacramento and making the 90 minute drive to Chico. Car pooling is recommended. The hotel is 3 miles from campus, shuttle will be provided. Parking passes ($8) are available for those wishing to drive a car to campus.

If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Aug. 29, 2022. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
