Ground Transportation

Both hotels are approximately 8 miles from either DFW or DAL airports. Hotels do not offer shuttle services. Ride share and taxi options are available at airports. DART light rail service is available from airports to both hotels.

DART from DFW Airport:

*Go to transit station located at Terminal A (Lower Level Curb, Entry A-10).

*Get on orange line light rail service and exit at Irving Convention Center Station (About 17 minutes to the convention center station).

*Upon exit at Irving Convention Center Station, both hotels are located within about a 5-minute walk.

DART from Love Field Airport:

*Go to DART Bus stop at Dallas Love Field, follow the signs to the lower level for Ground Transportation.

*Get on Love link Route 55 to Inwood/Love Field Dart Station
*At the DART terminal, purchase a ticket and take the DART Orange Line.
*Exit at Irving Convention Center Station, both hotels are located within about a 5-minute walk.

DART tickets are $3 per person one-way.

Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
