Marilyn Trefz, Association Manager

Marilyn Trefz has worked as AAAE’s Executive Director since January, 2012, providing support to the AAAE Board in planning and facilitating Board meetings and the annual national conference, as well as updating JAE memberships. 

On June 1, she assumed the position of Association Manager, with the additional responsibilities of managing day-to-day financial duties for the association, providing financial support for regional conference planning groups, and assisting the treasurer and association accountants in the preparation of periodic financial reports and tax returns.

 In 2006 Marilyn retired from her position of assistant dean for organizational development with the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University. She still holds a part-time university appointment, where she advises the CFAES Student Council and a student committee charged with planning the annual College student recognition program.
