Call for Research Abstracts (Completed Projects)
Manuscripts must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (CST) on October 15th to be eligible for review. 

NEW THIS YEAR:

• Manuscripts will be submitted electronically as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or. docx) manuscript via the AAAE Submission Site: https://submission.aaaeonline.org
• Please make sure to select 2026 Southern Region Research PRESENTATION Abstracts from the list

Call for Posters 
Poster narrative proposals are due no later than 5:59 (CDT) Monday, October 27, 2025.  Posters should be submitted online form available here: https://submission.aaaeonline.org/.

Posters should be submitted as a PDF and all identifying information removed from the document and file name.

Nominations are opening soon for the following awards:

• Southern Region AAAE Outstanding Early Career Member Award
• Southern Region AAAE Outstanding Teacher Award
• Southern Region AAAE Outstanding Researcher Award
• Distinguished Awards (use for the following awards)
• Southern Region AAAE Distinguished Teacher Educator Award
• Southern Region AAAE Distinguished International Agricultural Educator Award
• Southern Region AAAE Distinguished Extension Educator Award
• Southern Region AAAE Distinguished Agricultural Leadership Educator Award
• Southern Region AAAE Distinguished Agricultural Communications Educator Award
