Fly into either Austin or San Antonio (equal distance from both). Secure a rental car or take a ride-share. We will provide shuttles on Monday-Wednesday as part of the conference. Hourly parking at the LBJ student center is available for those wishing to drive a car to campus.

If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Aug. 29, 2022. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
