Optional San Marcos "Aquatic Experience": SEPT. 14th at 1pm: Float the San Marcos River and learn about the river, wildlife, and aquatic species native to this area. Cost includes transportation to/from hotel and tube. An additional beverage tube can be purchased on site (Can be added to registration)

Call for Awards

July 15, 2025 is the deadline for all applications and supporting documentation. Nomination materials must be submitted through the AAAE Award Submission Site: https://aaae.agedweb.org/awards/

The Distinguished Awards are all to be completed using the same application- the PDF has a drop-down menu for the following awards:
